The PAON software platform, including all source code, designs, and documentation, is the proprietary intellectual property of Paon Automation Ltd. Client agreements may grant usage licences; they do not transfer ownership.
5. Confidentiality
Any information you share with us through the consultation form or during pre-sales discussions — including details about your SACCO's operations, member base, or financial position — is treated as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties except as required to respond to your enquiry (e.g. to provide a tailored proposal), or as required by law.
Once a formal engagement begins, confidentiality obligations are governed by the terms of the signed client agreement, which typically includes a mutual non-disclosure clause.
6. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on this site.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Paon Automation Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any information contained in it.
